I use these with my groups, but have also tried it out at family parties. I wasn't sure how it would go - but I had family members really open up, and we got to learn so much about each other!
I like how there are two sides you can use. Perfect for my 5 year old and 12 year old.
I purchased this when I was searching for resources to help my team with their interpersonal conflicts. I introduced this to them, they practiced, and it's actually helped them communicate about frustrations instead of coming to me.
Great SEL tool. I teach middle school and use these in our class. If there are words my students don't know, they either ask me, or they also discovered the QR code on the page that has definitions. Not only are they learning how identify feelings, they are expanding their vocabulary, and learning how to empathize with others.
Love these cards. I got these as a gift and I was surprised how well they work especially in a group setting. It really helped people open up.
This little bowl sounds so much better than my hammered one I have. It is heavy and has a really nice deep tone that plays for about 40 seconds. I had to read the card to get it to sing but the key is tapping it first. it has been a nice way to end my day.
not much to say, nice shop, nice photos, quick shipping too
This BOWL! First, it looks like gold, SECOND, it just rings and rings and has such a nice sound to it! I need some practice making it sing but i just used the rubber mallet that came with it and omg it took me to another place. I really like the gift box too and my dog enjoyed it too!
charlotte did an amazing job teaching our staff about Restorative Justice. We used the singing bowl and feeling wheel as a part fo the training and my staff really appreciated both. I don't think we realized how stressed everyone was. We are currently dealing with some intense racist incidents on campus and everyone has been on edge. Learning how to express our feelings and process everything we have been holding in really made a difference. We have to be strong for our students and community but it was such a great reminder for us to stop and care for ourselves. I love how Charlotte incorporated the tools into the restorative circles so we got to experience them. She never tried to sell us on anything, she just showed us how to practice mindfulness and use the feeling wheel and we all got to benefit from it. Thank you again and I'm happy that we found you and Circleup
