Shipping Overview
CircleUp Education products are carefully prepared, packed, and inspected before shipment. Our store includes educational tools, printed materials, conversation cards, posters, singing bowls, brochures, flyers, and other training resources.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing timelines, shipping expectations, and important delivery information.
Shipping Locations
At this time, CircleUp.shop ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order before shipment.
• Standard in-stock items are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days
• Custom print orders may require additional production time depending on the scope and complexity of the project
• Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
Processing timelines may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or large custom production runs.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.
Custom Print Orders
Custom print orders include products created specifically for a customer using submitted artwork, logos, branding, copy, or custom formatting.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, spelling, formatting, dimensions, colors, and uploaded artwork before final approval.
Once a custom print order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
Production timelines for custom orders vary depending on:
• Product type
• Quantity
• Print specifications
• Design revisions
• Vendor or material availability
Estimated timelines provided before shipment are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Time (Carrier Transit Time)
Shipping time refers to the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver an order after it has shipped.
Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s operations.
Estimated shipping timelines begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
CircleUp Education does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after carrier pickup.
Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control
CircleUp Education is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, customs issues, or other events beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking inquiries when possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for any additional reshipping costs
CircleUp Education is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CircleUp Education is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged:
• Photograph the package and contents immediately
• Contact connect@circleuped.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include the order number and clear photos of the damage
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Policy Updates
CircleUp Education may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
