Overview

CircleUp Education provides educational tools, printed materials, training resources, conversation cards, posters, singing bowls, brochures, flyers, and other products designed to support learning, engagement, and relationship building.

Because many of our products are custom printed, handcrafted, educational, or consumable in nature, we maintain a return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the realities of custom production and product handling.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.


Return Eligibility

Eligible non-custom products may be returned under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original condition
• All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and materials must be included
• Products must be returned in packaging that adequately protects the item during transit

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


What “Unused” Means

Educational and experiential products are intended to arrive in new condition.

Returns may be denied if products show signs of:

• Use, wear, writing, folding, bending, marking, scratching, or handling beyond normal inspection
• Opened sealed packaging
• Missing components or accessories
• Damage caused after delivery
• Alteration, modification, or misuse

All returns are inspected upon receipt.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom printed products
• Personalized or made-to-order items
• Printed brochures, flyers, posters, signs, or materials produced using customer-submitted artwork or content
• Digital downloads or digital products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Opened or used products


Custom Print Orders

Custom print products are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned based on:

• Customer-approved spelling or grammar errors
• Design choices approved by the customer
• Color expectations caused by screen or monitor differences
• Layout, sizing, formatting, or image resolution approved during proofing
• Customer-submitted artwork quality issues
• Change of mind after production begins

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.


Print Defects and Production Errors

If a custom print order contains a verified production defect or printing error caused by CircleUp Education or our print partners, customers may qualify for:

• A replacement order
• A corrected reprint
• A partial or full refund at our discretion

Examples of qualifying print defects may include:

• Major cutting or trimming errors
• Significant print misalignment
• Incorrect product printed compared to approved proof
• Severe print damage occurring during production
• Missing quantities from the shipment

Customers must report print defects within 5 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs.

CircleUp Education is not responsible for customer-approved errors.


Singing Bowls and Handcrafted Products

Some products sold through CircleUp.shop are handcrafted and may include natural variations, subtle surface marks, or minor cosmetic differences.

These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

Returns based solely on tone preference, sound preference, or aesthetic preference may be subject to restocking fees.


No Exchanges

CircleUp Education generally does not offer product exchanges.

Customers wishing to purchase a different product, size, or variation may request a return if eligible and place a separate order.

Exceptions may be made for verified printing defects or fulfillment errors.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are packaged securely

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent of the item price.

Restocking fees help offset inspection, handling, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.

Restocking fees do not apply to verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days
• Refund amounts may be reduced or denied if return conditions are not met


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact connect@circleuped.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include the order number and clear photographs
• Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Claims submitted after the reporting window may not qualify for replacement or refund.

CircleUp Education may update this Refund & Return Policy periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
