This little bowl sounds so much better than my hammered one I have. It is heavy and has a really nice deep tone that plays for about 40 seconds. I had to read the card to get it to sing but the key is tapping it first. it has been a nice way to end my day.

This BOWL! First, it looks like gold, SECOND, it just rings and rings and has such a nice sound to it! I need some practice making it sing but i just used the rubber mallet that came with it and omg it took me to another place. I really like the gift box too and my dog enjoyed it too!

charlotte did an amazing job teaching our staff about Restorative Justice. We used the singing bowl and feeling wheel as a part fo the training and my staff really appreciated both. I don't think we realized how stressed everyone was. We are currently dealing with some intense racist incidents on campus and everyone has been on edge. Learning how to express our feelings and process everything we have been holding in really made a difference. We have to be strong for our students and community but it was such a great reminder for us to stop and care for ourselves. I love how Charlotte incorporated the tools into the restorative circles so we got to experience them. She never tried to sell us on anything, she just showed us how to practice mindfulness and use the feeling wheel and we all got to benefit from it. I got these with the Feeling Wheels I purchased since there was a special deal going on. I share these with my sister in law to use with her kids and she recently told me how effective it is! I came across these cards in a training provided by my employer. It was a really great self-paced training. I was impressed by the content and the card we received I purchased them on my own so I can share them with the community groups I'm involved in. This tool is so needed to avoid misunderstandings and "questionable behaviors" as they say. These are also really great quality, and nice design.

I've purchased Feeling Wheel products in the past, but for some reason it's harder to just find print outs like this! These are VERY good quality - not your average lamination! The laminante is soft and smooth. It's like a more modern take compared to the traditional look. These are going to be very long lasting I can tell!
