About Us
Founded by Practitioners
CircleUp Shop was founded by Tyrone Botello and Tiffany Hong, the same team behind CircleUp Education. Our product line grew directly out of the work we were doing with schools, cities, nonprofits, and workplaces.
Where It All Started
We began in 2014 with CircleUp Education, focusing on training, facilitation, and consulting for organizations that needed practical support in communication, conflict resolution, and social emotional learning.
During that work, we saw a clear need for tools that supported the conversations happening in the room. In 2015, we launched our first product, the Relationship Building Design Guide. In 2017, we designed the first Relationship Building Cue Cards, based on direct feedback from the people we trained.
Why Our Tools Work
Every tool in this shop was created, tested, and refined through real training and consulting work. Teachers, city employees, professors, therapists, and community practitioners have shaped the design through constant feedback. Nothing here was developed in isolation.

ZenProspera is a CircleUp partner & collaborator that creates mindfulness tools for individuals, wellness practitioners, studios, and organizations including singing bowls, ocean drums, and mindfulness accessories, that support peace, balance, and inner full body prosperity.
