What is the purchase order (PO) process at CircleUp Education?

CircleUp Education accepts purchase orders from schools, districts, nonprofits, agencies, and organizations. Our goal is to make the PO process simple, clear, and easy for institutional buyers.

1. Choose your bulk products or contact us for custom support.

Start by deciding which bulk products you are interested in and the quantities you need. If you need custom quantities, a custom bundle, or a custom-designed educational tool for your school, district, nonprofit, agency, or organization, contact us and our team can help you create the right solution.

2. We provide an itemized invoice or quote.

CircleUp Education will prepare an itemized invoice or quote with the products, quantities, pricing, shipping, and order details your organization needs to process a purchase order. If your organization requires specific information on the invoice, such as vendor details, billing information, shipping address, tax-exempt information, grant language, or internal purchasing notes, please let us know and we will do our best to include it.

3. Your organization processes the PO.

Your school, district, nonprofit, agency, or organization will follow its internal purchasing process to approve the order and generate a purchase order.

4. Send us the approved purchase order.

Once your PO is approved, send it to CircleUp Education. After we receive the approved purchase order, we will begin processing your order. Standard bulk products are typically prepared for shipment after the approved PO is received. email your PO to connect@circleuped.com

5. We ship your order and provide payment details.

CircleUp Education will ship the order to your organization and provide the final invoice or payment instructions. Many institutional purchase orders are paid after shipment according to the approved payment terms, such as Net 15 or Net 30.

For custom-designed tools, custom quantities, special production runs, or very large orders, additional approval, a deposit, or a custom payment timeline may be required before production begins.
