I had their relationship building design guide binder, the older version of this design guide. they sent me an email about the new one and let me just say, WOW! I mean the free course alone is amazing! They are still launching it but the intro to RJ part, i learned so much and am so appreciative of the information i gained. My circles got better, more impactful and feel more community-life thanks to the design guide. I never considered equity and bias when designing circles, and learned a lot about myself and that i still had a lot of work to do
